FAQ

Can anybody invest in these projects? Are there pre-qualifications that must be met?
Every prospective investor must demonstrate that he/she is an accredited investor or has sufficient business and financial acumen to evaluate potential investment opportunities. This is accomplished by filling out a short Investor Information Form that provides us with basic financial information. The qualification process is based on a number of factors and we look at each investor individually.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?
On average, the minimum amount to invest is $25,000, but it really varies. On previous projects, it has been as low as $10,000 and as high as $250,000.

Can I use any IRA or 401K?
Self-directed IRA accounts will typically be able to invest in a Private Placement Offering or a Promissory Note, depending on the custodian. We work with custodians that make this available to their IRA holders and would be happy to provide you with a recommendation if you call our office.

What kind of annualized returns can I expect to receive?
Our goal is to offer investments that have proforma returns of approximately 15 - 20%.

How often do you offer these investment opportunities?
Typically, we offer a new investment opportunity every quarter (3-4 months).

What is the duration of the investment?
Most of our investments are approximately 24-36 months.

How can I find out more information?
We host an Investor Reception every few months for those interested in learning more about Solomon Capital. There is no fee to attend and guests are welcome. Please see our Upcoming Events page to see when the next Investor Reception will be. To be added to our invitation list, please call our office at (408) 227-2200 or email Anna Keirstead at akeirstead@solomoncap.com
